{"id":7952,"date":"2022-09-16T09:48:27","date_gmt":"2022-09-16T07:48:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.devlhon-consulting.com\/?p=7952"},"modified":"2022-09-16T09:48:28","modified_gmt":"2022-09-16T07:48:28","slug":"des-chiffres-inattendus-concernant-les-recrutements-des-banques-francaises","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.devlhon-consulting.com\/fr\/des-chiffres-inattendus-concernant-les-recrutements-des-banques-francaises\/","title":{"rendered":"Des chiffres inattendus concernant les recrutements des banques fran\u00e7aises"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">Trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments paraissent particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9tonnants dans les chiffres que la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des banques fran\u00e7aises a publi\u00e9s au cours de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 sur\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbf.fr\/fr\/communique_de_presse\/emploi-banque-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>L\u2019emploi dans la banque<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">Contrairement au ressenti de nombreux banquiers, quand on en parle avec eux, le secteur parait peu touch\u00e9 par les difficult\u00e9s de recrutements et de maintien en poste qui frappent de nombreux autres domaines. Non seulement les embauches ont augment\u00e9 de 14% en 2021 mais le nombre de d\u00e9parts a \u00e9t\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des ann\u00e9es 2018\/2019. Quant au turnover, il est \u00e0 7,6% presque trois fois inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne nationale (20,2%).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">La banque, c\u2019est bien connu, est un secteur largement f\u00e9minis\u00e9\u00a0: 57% de femmes (qui recueillent 60% des promotions). Mais, en 2021, les embauches en CDI n\u2019ont concern\u00e9 des personnels f\u00e9minins qu\u2019\u00e0 49,5%. Cela annonce-t-il l\u2019inversion d\u2019une tendance de plusieurs d\u00e9cennies\u00a0?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">Enfin, plus que jamais, la banque est un secteur surdipl\u00f4m\u00e9. On y compte 69% de cadres, soit 14% de plus qu\u2019en 2012. Et la tendance ne semble pas pr\u00eate de s\u2019arr\u00eater. En 2021, 60% des embauches en CDI ont touch\u00e9 des Bac+4\/5, contre 9% seulement de Bac+2.
