Mais ils citent \u00e9galement et pratiquement au m\u00eame niveau le fait d\u2019avoir un sommeil tranquille, une vie saine, une communication ouverte avec leurs proches, \u2026 Voil\u00e0 les conditions qui les font se sentir financi\u00e8rement r\u00e9silients\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica;\">Dans le domaine bancaire, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client est fortement somatis\u00e9e. Elle est tr\u00e8s li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019humeur et est ins\u00e9parable du style de vie. On s\u2019en doutait. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, \u00e0 notre connaissance, on dispose de quelques chiffres qui permettent de mieux fixer cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica;\">Mais qu\u2019est-ce que les banques peuvent et doivent faire en cons\u00e9quence\u00a0? Les pistes sont nombreuses et nous en avons souvent pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es sur ce blog. Mais l\u2019une des r\u00e9ponses les plus imm\u00e9diate est fournie par une seconde\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizensbank.com\/thought-leadership\/banking-experience-survey.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>enqu\u00eate sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client<\/strong><\/a>, men\u00e9e par Citizens Bank.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica;\">Dans une\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thefinancialbrand.com\/144201\/4-ways-citizens-bank-keeps-human-in-its-digital-banking-experience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>interview<\/strong><\/a>, Beth Johnson, la Chief Experience Officer de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, affirme avoir d\u00e9couvert que la premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire, pour d\u00e9ployer des outils num\u00e9riques, est de parler la m\u00eame langue que ses clients. Car souvent ils ne nous comprennent pas, dit-elle. Nous employons des termes qui ont peu de r\u00e9sonance pour eux. C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9 le terme \u00ab\u00a0<em>wealth<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb (richesse, aisance, un terme effectivement assez fr\u00e9quemment employ\u00e9 par les banques anglo-saxonnes). La plupart des gens ne se sentent pas concern\u00e9s par ce terme.
