Si beaucoup ont pari\u00e9 sur leur disparition, le paysage parait aujourd\u2019hui bien plus contrast\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">Il est surtout tr\u00e8s variable selon les pays. Comme les Pays-Bas, le Royaume-Uni parait aujourd\u2019hui un territoire post-agences. C\u2019est en effet une orientation tout \u00e0 fait int\u00e9gr\u00e9e pour un \u00e9tablissement comme Barclays, qui est n\u00e9anmoins oblig\u00e9 de proposer\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/score-advisor.com\/le-royaume-uni-est-desormais-un-pays-post-agences-bancaires\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>diff\u00e9rents substituts<\/strong><\/a>. Mais l\u2019heure n\u2019est pas \u00e0 leur disparition. 68% des Fran\u00e7ais fr\u00e9quentent toujours leur agence au moins une fois par an et 42% souhaitent en avoir une pr\u00e8s de chez eux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">De gros efforts sont engag\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de formation des personnels d\u2019agence. Ils peuvent s\u2019accompagner d\u2019un acc\u00e8s uniquement sur rendez-vous (ex\u00a0: Bred).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">Mais d\u2019autres initiatives choisissent plut\u00f4t de donner la parole aux clients : la Banque populaire M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e publie ainsi leurs avis sur ses diff\u00e9rentes agences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12829\" src=\"https:\/\/www.devlhon-consulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/bb25fa28a0fd59edc64af13b3bda49f2-1.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.devlhon-consulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/bb25fa28a0fd59edc64af13b3bda49f2-1.png 605w, https:\/\/score-advisor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Image5-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/score-advisor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Image5-600x333.png 600w\" alt=\"\" width=\"605\" height=\"336\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">Int\u00e9ressante\u00a0:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cestpasmonidee.fr\/2021\/10\/la-banque-au-secours-de-ladministration.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>l\u2019initiative<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>(lanc\u00e9e en 2018 mais \u00e9tendue r\u00e9cemment) du Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Franche-Comt\u00e9 proposant (en collaboration avec la pr\u00e9fecture) \u00e0 tous les habitants du D\u00e9partement du Doubs d\u2019accomplir leurs d\u00e9marches administratives en ligne (demande de carte grise ou de permis de conduire, inscription \u00e0 P\u00f4le Emploi, d\u00e9p\u00f4t de dossier pour l\u2019obtention d\u2019une carte d\u2019identit\u00e9 ou d\u2019un passeport, \u2026) dans une vingtaine de ses agences, avec l\u2019assistance de conseillers sp\u00e9cialement form\u00e9s. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes poussant ainsi la porte des agences pour profiter de ce service ne seraient pas clientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">En 2021,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/industries\/financial-services\/our-insights\/best-of-both-worlds-balancing-digital-and-physical-channels-in-retail-banking\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>souligne McKinsey<\/strong><\/a>, les ventes digitales ont, en moyenne mondiale, atteint 40% du total des ventes des banques. Mais apr\u00e8s avoir largement \u00e9t\u00e9 contraintes par les circonstances en 2020, elles n\u2019ont augment\u00e9 que de 4% en 2021. Trop peu pour compenser une baisse des ventes totales de 10% (tenant \u00e0 plusieurs facteurs). Tandis qu\u2019un tiers du panel des banques \u00e9tudi\u00e9es voyaient l\u2019activit\u00e9 de leurs agences augmenter de 20%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">Autant dire que les clients ne pensent pas en termes de\u00a0transition\u00a0simple entre les services physiques et num\u00e9riques.\u00a0<strong>Les canaux de distribution s\u2019ajoutent plus qu\u2019ils ne se remplacent.<\/strong>\u00a0Or, \u00e0 ce stade, l\u2019agence est un relais essentiel de fid\u00e9lisation et d\u2019\u00e9quipement des clients.
