Que cela se fasse \u00e0 travers des fichiers globaux priv\u00e9s ou publics (<em>credit bureau<\/em>\u00a0aux Etats-Unis et ailleurs, fichiers d\u2019impay\u00e9s des banques centrales, \u2026) ou les bases de donn\u00e9es propres des \u00e9tablissements financiers, le fait de n\u2019avoir connu aucun ou au contraire un ou des incidents de paiement sur des cr\u00e9dits d\u00e9j\u00e0 accord\u00e9s favorise ou exclut prioritairement l\u2019acc\u00e8s au financement et d\u00e9termine ainsi en large partie l\u2019inclusion et l\u2019exclusion financi\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt;\">Pourtant, une \u00e9tude mondiale publi\u00e9e par TransUnion (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.transunion.ca\/lp\/empowering-credit-inclusion-new-to-credit?utm_campaign=int-ca-+global+new+to+credit+research%C2%AD-7017v000001kivfqaq&amp;utm_content=report&amp;utm_medium=press-release&amp;utm_source=press-release\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Empowering Credit Inclusion\u00a0: A Deeper Perspective on New-to-Credit Consumers<\/em><\/strong><\/a>) montre qu\u2019on ne peut pratiquement pas diff\u00e9rencier en termes de d\u00e9faillances effectives ceux qui portent un cr\u00e9dit pour la premi\u00e8re fois de ceux qui disposent d\u2019un historique. Cela se v\u00e9rifie aussi bien au Canada qu\u2019au Br\u00e9sil, aux Philippines qu\u2019aux Etats-Unis. Deux populations sont en effet compar\u00e9es : l\u2019une ayant fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un scoring fond\u00e9 sur des historiques et l\u2019autre non. Or, en termes de risques, on peut \u00e0 peine les distinguer. Cela n\u2019indique donc non pas seulement qu\u2019opposer le manque de donn\u00e9es historiques les concernant aux demandeurs de cr\u00e9dit n\u2019est pas pertinent. Pourtant, il pourrait bien s\u2019agir d\u2019un pr\u00e9jug\u00e9.
