Les pourcentages atteignent m\u00eame des niveaux dramatiques chez les plus jeunes\u00a0: cette anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 gagne 86 % des 16-35 ans et 87 % des 35-44 ans\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica;\">Dans ces conditions, une majorit\u00e9 de clients souhaitent que leur banque soit plus proactive pour les contacter s\u2019ils se dirigent vers des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res.
